Donna has over 29 years insurance experience concentrating in all forms of Business Insurance.   From 1993 to 2011 Donna served as the Commercial Insurance Division Manager of Masiello Insurance responsible for reviewing and assessing insurance coverage for prospective and existing customers as well as providing sales and customer service.  Donna has participated as a key member of the management team for all aspects of agency development and holds the national designation of Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI). Donna has served on the CSR Advisory Council for both Peerless Insurance Co. and Acadia Insurance Co. Donna is currently licensed in NH, VT and ME and is a member of the Keene Elm City Rotary Club, serving as Community Service Director for the past 2 years.
